Made Present

PUBLIC OPERATING POLICY

How Made Present engages on social media

Our social accounts exist to share source-backed Catholic teaching and to help people who are publicly asking clear questions about the Real Presence.

What is automated

Made Present uses software to schedule curator-reviewed teaching posts, find public posts containing a clear Eucharistic question, and select an answer from a fixed, source-reviewed library. The software does not invent theology, impersonate a private individual, or conduct private-message outreach.

When we reply

A public post must contain both a clear question and an unmistakable Eucharistic topic signal. We deliberately skip political conversations, abuse, bait, personal crises, vague mentions, and repeated engagement with the same person. Reply volume is capped.

How answers are sourced

Answer templates point to Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, early Christian primary sources, or a Made Present page that identifies its evidence and limits. No generative model writes live theological replies.

Conversation, not pressure

We aim to answer one question charitably and leave room for the person to engage—or not. We do not pile on, mass-mention, buy followers, automate likes, or repeatedly pursue someone who has not asked for more.

Corrections and removal

If a Made Present reply gets a source or context wrong, please reply to that post with the correction and source. To ask us to remove an interaction from our operating log, send a direct message to the Made Present account on the same platform and include the post link.
