Made Present

Privacy policy

Website analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand aggregate page visits and interactions. When a visitor arrives through one of our social links, we record the campaign source, content label, and landing path. We do not intentionally put names, email addresses, or message contents into analytics events.

Public social data

Through official platform APIs, our social program may process the text, public username, post identifier, permalink, and timestamp of a public post that matches a Eucharistic search. We store qualifying questions and our response so we can prevent duplicates, enforce rate limits, audit accuracy, and honor removal requests. We do not scrape private profiles or private messages.

Platform authorization

Access tokens used to publish or reply are stored as protected deployment secrets and are never shipped to the browser. Made Present only requests the platform permissions required for publishing, public keyword discovery, reply management, and performance measurement.

Retention and deletion

Unanswered social candidates are removed after 180 days. Operational run logs are removed after one year. Publication records may be retained longer to prevent duplicate posting and maintain an accuracy trail. See our data deletion instructions to request removal.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is handled by the infrastructure providers needed to run Made Present, including Vercel, Convex, PostHog, and the social platform involved in an interaction, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
